Bioinformatics Related Activities at the University of Glasgow

The University of Glasgow, founded in 1451 and the fourth oldest university in the United Kingdom, is a major research-led university operating in an international context. It has one of the largest research bases in the UK, with an annual income from research grants and contracts of over Ł65.7M in 2000-01, over 3,400 researchers including academic staff, research staff and research students.
