CMSB Tutorial 8: Visit to the Biochemistry Wet Lab (Signal Transduction)

The aim of this lab is to give you some understanding of what is involved in wet laboratory experimentation for generating signal transduction data.

Please come to the Davidson Building, go to the 4th floor. There you will find the BRC main lab; go down the corridor the Systems Biology lab which is room A433.

I'll pick you up there and give you a lab tour where I will show you a few biological techniques such as cell culture, how to do an SDS-PAGE and how to do immunoblotting.
