CMSB Tutorial 9: Visit to the Microarray facility in the Functional Genomics facility

The aim of this 'lab' is to give you some understanding of what is involved in microarray data generation and analysis both in terms of technology as well as some computational techniques.

We will visit the microarray data analysis section of the Bioinformatics Unit in the Sir Henry Wellcome Functional Genomics Facility.

Please meet at the Systems Biology lab, room A433 on the 4th floor of the Davidson Building. We will pick you up there and take you over to the Sir Henry Wellcome Functional Genomics Facility, which is in the nearby Joseph Black building.
